Slow connectivity issue

Hi, I just recently purchased a c3000 router/modem combo being utilized on xfiniti cable 25 download speeds. On my xbox one, a connection test results in 30 mbps download speeds, yet media can barely choke out standard definition playback.

Does anyone have any idea what the issues are? Thanks!

Slow connection

I'm a little curious myself. What is the actual issue here beside from a slow speed test. Do you experince connectivity issues to Xbox LIVE?

connectivity issue

The game keeps kick me out of the match to main menu in both MP modes Horde and Versus, this is happening in Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. You know how it's frustrated when you're kicked from the game you're playing for 30 mins, 1 hr or 2 hrs.. You're losing
all your progress if you are in random matchmaking or you're losing your score when you're playing with squad.

I'm using the Wi-Fi but it running slow and freezes up my Xbox one asap please

Try doing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

It could be an issue with the internet connection. The thumbnails might not be loading because of a slow internet connection.

Only way to solve issues with lte connections use a broadband connection
