    For the last 3 days my account has been very slow. Just doing small tasks like trying to see my friends list will take like a couple of minutes and playing games is impossible since the game will never load. My brother and I share an Xbox one that we got
    on Day 1, so it’s pretty old and it’s understandable when we get small problems that people have had before. Either way, for me to play certain games I have to be signed into both mine and his profile which has never been a problem before. However 3 days ago
    when I turned on the Xbox an update was going and it was already at exactly 73% (usually it asks before updating). After the update I tried signing into my brother’s account and it asked for his password and the same thing for mine. I thought it was a little
    weird but I didn’t mind. After that it was super slow for me (I signed into mine first and then his since I don’t know his password). My account is only slow when his is online (we don’t have other accounts). I tried clearing cache, removing my account, and
    pretty much everything but nothing has worked. After I deleted and put my account back his has become slow but not to the extent of mine I honestly have no clue what’s going on.

    TL-DR: Xbox being extremely slow only on my account when another is signed in with it. After doing everything I could and deleting my account and putting it back the other account in my Xbox has become slow but not as slow as mine.

    Ive attempted many hard resets (holding down and unpluging) ive attempted three factory resets one keeping all data, two full system swipes. Ive attemped to hold the eject button with the power button. The issue is games/apps wont load beyond initial title
    screen(nba 2k makes it to nba/wnba teams screen) before error code took to long to start or just jumping to home screen with no error code. Ive just made a warranty claim and im going with that. Not trying to be cliché but its not a Internet issue PS4 works

    Hey there FernandaRamos5,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could totally mess with your gaming experience. I would suggest trying a
    factory reset of the console     that resets and keeps your games & apps. It should clear the console of any discrepancies that could be causing the slow.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    I just bought my xbox1 on april29 this year. And im having the same issues and everything ive tried and also deleted games to create space and free memory IS NOT WORKING. No mac Address changes nothing is helping

    XBL can be slow to update your account at times. Give it 24 hours and then try again.
