    SlingTV working on all devices (phone, computer, etc) but not Xbox One


    Signed up for Sling TV 40 days ago. Worked on all devices including Xbox One to start. 30 days ago, stopped working on Xbox One. Meanwhile, all streaming apps, etc continue to work on Xbox One and the SlingTV works on my phone and computer. Spend hours and
    hours with the Sling TV team troubleshooting. Zeroed in on the fact that the app has 0Mb/s streaming into it on Xbox One so keep getting error codes 10-403 and 10-500. Sling TV literally out of idea so they directed me to Microsoft and Xbox One. Had very helpful
    chat session with Jason D to read network statistics, uninstall/remove profile/clear persistent storage/clear MAC alternate alias/power cycle, then finally restore console. Also tried signing into sling using my wife's account. Nothing has worked, same error
    codes every time. Looks like nothing wrong from xbox side.

    Errrr, help?!

    $16? Sounds like you bought the movie, not rented it. If you bought it, it shows up in your account on all devices (phones, computer, Xbox console, etc). Rentals only on the device you rented it on. Hate to say it, but if I'm renting a video, I rent from
    Amazon. It is usually a buck cheaper and there is no limitation on what device you watch it on---phone, tablet, pc, Xbox, Google TV, Tivo, etc.--anything with an Amazon Video app or a web browser.

    Slingtv and Xbox one UI issue

    I recently decided to swap to Slingtv. I had tried slingtv several years ago but decided to stick with satellite. I have since decided to give it a try once more.

    When I go into the SlingTV app on my xbox one I have no high lighting that shows what item I have selected. This makes it very difficult to navigate. The main reason I am trying Slingtv vs Directvnow is becuase I have an XBox hooked to my main television
    and did not want to have to buy a Roku stick in order to get started.

    Any suggestions on why the app has no highlighting?

    Having the same problem, sling tech support had knew it was going on and really had no solution for it.

    Same here. Not working since nov-dec 2015. Had several sessions with SlingTV and Xbox one in Jan, Feb then in April. Waited for the Anniversary August update, still not working. Weird enough, working on my Windows 10 laptops (i5, i7 and Atom)

    Check it thru another device such as a phone. Have you tried it on the xbox internet explorer app. Ipad,, tablet phone etc. What platforms are you trying this on. What devices what browsers what operating system etc. Most likely your cache is clogged
    or you might have a blocking service up It should not be that hard accessing this information. I have tried all those things i have mentioned so long as one of your browsers device etc are working properly it should not be an issue
