cool, if they provide an A La Carte option to add like SciFi, then i would be happy to ditch my cable TV again.

 

If they bring the OTA device to the US then I am set! Local TV on one and some "cable" TV on the other.

 

I'll sign up. Cut out cable and switched to just Netflix....a bit more painful than I imagined, so I'll gladly pay $20 a month for a little variety. Better than what I was paying.

 

I'm waiting to see what other channels are offered before jumping in. There are some channels on Fios I just cant live without.

Might be interesting if they add a LOT more channels. Just the few they've listed aren't worth $20/month.

 

$20 per person instead of per household for select channels that I don't care for and $5 add-on channel packs per month? No thanks - I'll stick with Netflix and Hulu.

Just got invited to grab a 7 day free trial. Signed up a few minutes ago to try it out on my PC. I think this can really kick off if they get the right companies on board to add their channels. Nothing I watch is currently available. Plus, I have AT&T U-Verse
at home already (which I don't even pay for), and I can stream live TV from that onto my PC when I'm not downstairs. Will try out the Sling Xbox One app when its available.

 

You can literally get any channel in the world for free on the internet. Sling TV seems like a waste to me. I actually stream pretty much anything I want from America on my phone with no buffering etc.

@ Bergfex37, why would you pay 20 a month when there are probably 100 sites that you can get ESPN for free and in HD quality.?
