The code is usually issued within 2 weeks after purchase, I would make sure it's available in your region as well just to be sure. Also you may want to check the App Store and make sure you have the app downloaded if needed.

I would recommend checking the details of the promotion. If I remember correctly it states when you should receive your code for your month of sling TV. Most likely it hasn't been issued yet.

Actually per the terms and conditions of that promotion, you should receive the code by February 15.
