Just saw the video for this on YouTube ( I'll be signing up for it later tonight to see if it's worth keeping.

 

So do you have to pay upfront for the service and then your next month is free? I went through the process of downloading the app and entering all my credit card info, but what had me concerned was the last page said that my card would be charged. I was
not sure if this would be like a free trial of netflix where you only pay after the free period ends. I do not want to click continue if my card is going to be charged. Does anyone know for sure if that is the case?

 

Well, if you pay up-front, then it's not exactly a free trail then is it? When it charged me, it said it was free, so I'm fairly certain it was just done for record-keeping purposes. You will likely be charged AFTER the free trial runs out.

 

Yea but the app is not working as of yet!

 

It's working for me so far, although I've already run into at least 1 issue - on at least 1 channel, the loading circle in the middle of the screen absolutely refused to go away.

 

Completely broken for me too.

 

I like this idea and concept. If they add A&E, so that I can watch Bates Motel, I would drop my cable service. But keep internet, of course.

 

So far, I'm really liking it. Now this is the way to get rid of the cable box.

 

The app still not working for me

 

Still not working on mine either. What gives? Do you guys have anything that launches correctly?

 

When I first installed it, got nothing but error messages. I waited about an hour, quit the app, then reloaded it and everything started working fine.

 

Aside from what I mentioned earlier, which has only happened once, my app runs just fine thus far.
