    Last month there was a promo for game pass and Sling TV for $1. It said that I would get my Sling code by 2/15, but I have still not received it. I met all the terms of purchase and was expecting a code. Why haven't I gotten it yet?

    If you are supposed to get the code from Sling TV then that is who you will need to work with to get it resolved.

    I would contact both Microsoft support and the support team of where the promotion was purchased. They would likely be able to see why you haven't received your code/resolve the issue.
