Slime rancher not starting

If not, can you try installing and opening the game using your console offline?

If the issue persists after that. Let's try this:

A. (Can be a bit odd, but worth covering all the possibilities)

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.

When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)

B. Clean your MAC address:

Select Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address

Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

C. Do a factory reset but keeping games and apps (but first delete Slime rancher)

Go to settings > system > console info > reset then select keep my games and apps

After that try installing the game again using the CD

No im an not able to do so because i only have one and I only have one account to log into and i have tried to deinstall it and install it again but it wont work because I have to buy it in the microsoft game store or do a free trial but it wont work because it says i already have that game eventhough i have deinstalled it so i dont know what to do now

Are you able to test the CD with another console?

Do you have another Xbox profile registered in your console?
If yes, please sign in with that profile and check if you can install and launcher the game from there

In the meantime, tell me what did you tried so far to fix this problem (besides launching the game from the store)
In that way I can advise you different things
