Slender..... 1 hour in....

First off..... BEST $6.99 I HAVE EVER SPENT! No spoilers, just a general feel I have got so far...... so read on.

I had to take a break, my nerves were getting me.... this game is flat out creepy! I finally had to stop when I was reading a letter and heard foot steps coming up towards me... no background music, just trees/wind.... no one at all..... except this figure
that appears randomly in the distance. Your camera glitches, it feels like you are being taunted by something..... I just got so absorbed into this game. I still feel my skin crawl and goose bumps on my arms, I really don't think I could play this during the
night. Well done!

As a side note, when you first start the game and come to the first house, find the flashlight and look at the license plate of the car in the garage..... I'm curious what it shows you when you look at it?....

Slender for the XBOX 360

Need Slender man, Amnesia and the final update for minecraft.

Slender man: even as an INDIE game / or even ARCADE i'd purchase. Slender [mod] would be even better.

Amnesia: Always looked cool, watched PewDiePie play it- interesting. Looks fun and scary. They'd need a create your own story mode, lol.

 

Slender for the XBOX 360

It would be good although if its a whole new slender I would not buy it for countless reasons. If its like Slender: The Eight Pages or Slender: The Arrival i would be delighted to buy it. But if it is Slender: The Arrival If I was Blue Isle Studios I would
add an extra stage or two.

 

I bought it but have yet to play it. I hope it's as creepy as Outlast.

You do know what's you quit out of the game you have to start all over. Unless my glitched out, but I made it pretty far into the game and decided to take a break and play another game, so when I went back I had to start all over.

 

Mine saved just fine. The only thing is if you die mid way through a level, you restart the level.... all or nothing.

@aRagingCanadian, did you check the plate of the car in the garage in the first level?..... It's an Alberta plate! WOOT!!!

 

I played it when it first came out on 360.. definitely wouldn't even compare it to Outlast lolol.

I'm glad they fixed the save issue though, I had the starting all over problem on my game too.

However I would never re-purchase that game, I love horror but it just wasn't my cup of tea lol.

 

I actually loved it on the 360 and might get it again on the X1 at some stage.

 

I never understood this whole slenderman nonsense. I've seen videos of the game (never played) and wasn't scared at all. Then again, I'm the master of control when it comes to jump-scares - I'm practically immune, invincible, undeterred, unflinch

@kingvas78 - Really.. well I probly did something wrong then. And no I never noticed that plate.. that's cool.

I first played this one 360. Kind of *** that I had to buy it once again for XBOX ONE. I wouldn't have bought it over again, but I barely play my 360 anymore and it's not connected to the Internet and it was only $7.

 

Im over an hour in, and I see an achievement for completing the game in under 45 mins...LOL

 

How different is the xbox one version compared to the 360?

 

Was thinking about this but decided to pass. I played Outlast so I'm good for now.
