Sleeping in ESO?

Not new to Elder Scrolls games, I played both Oblivion and Skyrim before buying Elder Scrolls Online, so I am used to having to find a bed so I don't turn into a vampire and go through what I remember as a pain-staking process to get rid of the disease.

In ESO, I can't find a bed. Granted I'm in Kennarthis Roost (sp?) right now and looking in Mistral. I found the innkeeper but she doesn't give me the option to buy a bed (I only have 250 gold so not sure if I don't have enough or not). But I searched
all last night around Mistral looking for a bed to sleep in, to no avail.

What's the deal with sleeping in this game? Am I just in the wrong spot or don't have enough money? Or has this whole process changed since its now an MMO RPG, I would assume it's tough to change the time of day for every character playing in the same
world.

sleeping dog's is a very good game. you should get it. if you like the GTA games, you will like sleeping dog's.

 

There is a quest you must take that will either cure you of the disease or allow you to go full vampire. Not sure what lvl it unlocks at though

 

It's an MMO and they run 24/7 so no sleeping. I have no idea how the vampire thing works since I never saw the fun in being a vampire.

 

The only fun I see from being a vampire is for people maxing out stats for certain builds. The passive traits from a vampire help some builds significantly (from what I've read)

I know it's an MMO but I thought I read something about a system on how the sleeping works, maybe that never came to fruition, but I don't want to turn into a vampire - sounds like I may though and just have to do the quest.
