Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition Question.

Hello everyone. I hope you are all doing well this morning (afternoon, evening, night).

So I bought Sleeping Dogs back in 2012 for XBOX 360 and loved the game. As much as I love XBOX 360, I am not planning on going back to it anytime soon because for one it's not connected to the Internet and secondly most of my XBOX friends I tend to play
with are on XBOX ONE now. So my question to you is.

Is Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition wroth the $30 price tag or should I wait until and see if it becomes a Deal with Gold game?

Which games play videos at the title screen

FIFa 15, Forza Horizon 2, FIFA 14, Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition that I know from memory

 

For me, it was indeed worth the cost. Though I loved the 360 version and played it to death, any excuse to re-buy it after getting the platinum on the PS3. I'm rambling, if you loved the game then yes buy it again, has all the DLC.

 

The reason why I doubt it will be a DwG or GwG is because it seems most of thsoe deals happen to entice people to buy the game and then purchase extra money on DLC. In this case, all of the DLC for the game comes with it. If you really enjoyed the game,
I'd go ahead and buy it now. I liked it for the 360, but just don't feel like playing through it all again.

 

It is definitely worth the price tag. I owned it on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I booted them both up at the same time to the difference between the two, and I was shocked. They did a pretty good job. Changing the entire market people, obviously polishing
the graphics up and so on.

If you loved it on Xbox 360 will will love it on Xbox One. I highly recommend buying it.

I would not expect to see it on DwG anytime soon. But I have been wrong before

 

i think so, i got it on the 360 for the GWG, but didn't get very far, enjoyed it enough to get on the X1 and played it a lot, still ran into a few glitches, but for me it was worth buying, and gave me a wicked bad craving for pork buns...

the DLC was ok, i enjoyed the nightmare DLC, not so much the tournament island one.

is it worth getting it now vs waiting for a sale? i think there is enough entertainment value that it's worth getting it now.

 

I don't think the price tag is worth it for someone like me that's already played the game and most of it's DLC on the 360. That's not to say I don't want to play it again though, I'd just rather pay more in the range of $20 and under for it so I'm happy
to wait it out until it's dirt cheap.
