Sleeping Beauty blu-ray will not play on Xbox One

This one has me stumped.

If I put this disk (and ONLY this disk) in the Xbox One, the system doesn't recognize it.

I don't believe it's a bad disk at this time, as both my computers recognize it fine. (Desktop and a Surface Pro with a portable drive attached.) I don't think it's the Xbox's drive, as I tested it on a myriad of other disks, including 3D blu-rays, and everything
else plays without a fuss. (Didn't bother with games, as they're typically installed and wouldn't make much of a control for drive issues.) If anything, I've known the Xbox One's drive to handle disks that came scratched in the box without a hiccup where CyberLink
PowerDVD would just crash.

If I clear the cache and remove BD Live and cold start the system, I can get the disk to partially boot. (Shows the picture of Cinderella's Castle.) But then it stops.

I think it's also worth noting that both my computers had to update Cyberlink PowerDVD to get the disk to work, so I'm also wondering if the Blu-Ray app needs an update.

Anyone else have trouble with this disk?

Blu-ray Player - audio sync, volume, unable to play disc, and freezing issues.

Will not play Disney blu rays at all. Works on other blu ray playes but not on xbox one.

 

Things that NEED FIXING with XBOX ONE...ASAP

Can we get mass game clip delete, Also need much better Blu-Ray type recognition on Xbox One, there are quite a few Blu Ray movies that the Xbox One just will not play or recognize, the XB1 dose not play home movies save to Blu Ray media and this needs to
be addressed, our PS4 can do it well on all Blu-Ray formats. The XB1 does a superb job with most any type of DVD's.

 

Update: (Sorry for the bump.)

Knowing that blu-rays can be finicky, I went ahead and swapped the disk out for another of the same at the store. The new one will not play either.

Once again, I'd like to emphasize that other disks are not having trouble.

 

I am having the same issue, have you heard anything back?

 

Same issue for X-Men: Days of Future Past.

 

Also having issues. Repo: The Genetic Opera Blu-Ray. This is the second disc that will not play (We're having trouble reading this... blah blah blah), having returned it to Amazon (at my expense) the first time because I took the suggestion of MS and tried
to ensure it wasn't the disc. Evidently it is not.

I have disabled the BD Live feature, have powered down the unit via 10-second press, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and uninstalled then power cycled then reinstalled - all with no success.

 

If anyone is looking for this solution you can skip the first un-rendered commercials that are black screens by pressing b to get the menu. Then you can select to go to the menus and use scene select to play the movie.
