Skyrim's DLC installation issue

Hi,

I bought Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Legendary Edition, and i have problem during the installation of the DLCs.

DLCs are 3: Dragonborn, Heartfire, and Dawnguard; I have installed succesfully Dragonborn and Heartfire, but Dawnguard won't install, and say me " Can't install one or more items ".

I tried to install the DLC on the internal Hard Disk and on a Pendrive too, but it gave the same error.

What can I do for this?

DLC Installation Issue

So I have been trying to install the Steampunk texture pack for Minecraft to help make my gameplay on there a bit more interesting. But when I hit install, it keeps showing tje loading circle and never sends it to queue until I hard reboot the console.
Then, when it's in my queue, it stays stuck on "Installing...", never showing any percentage progress at all.

Hi there, I see that you have a silver account, how often do you play while connected to the internet? It's possible that you need the latest update for the DLC to work, even though you're installing from disc.

It also does sound like you're running out of space for the particular DLC, I would format a new USB if you've been trying on one with data already on it or just double check you do have enough space available:

I ALWAYS play connected to the internet, and when I start Skyrim, any update appear.

I have bought also the digital Edition of TES 5 to increase the already low performance, and the DLCs are those of the my own Legendary Edition.

I tried on a formatted USB (i've formatted it on the xbox) but the issue appear again.

Can you try the following steps and let us know if it resolves your issue?

1. First off, delete the DLC in question off of your hard drive (go to the system hub on your dashboard, then settings, then storage).
   
2. Clear your system cache (check out this guide:
   http://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache).
   
3. Restart your console.
4. Try to reinstall the DLC.

Other Advices?

 

Did you removed the game updates (NOT THE GAME SAVES) and DLC after clearing the system cache?

To remove the DLC:

1. Go to the Xbox Dashboard, select the Settings page and then System.
2. Select the Storage menu item.
3. Select the storage area where the DLC data is being kept. This is usually the Hard Drive.
   
4. Select Games and Apps.
5. Select Skyrim.
6. Select the DLCs (NOT THE GAME SAVES).
7. Select Delete. The system will prompt you for confirmation. Select Yes.
8. The system will notify you when the content has been deleted.

Please be advised that any saves made while the DLC was installed and active may not work properly or behave in unexpected ways if the DLC is removed. The game will warn you when you try to load such a save. These warnings can be resolved by reinstalling the
DLC content.

To install the Skyrim Legendary Edition on the XBox 360:

1. Insert the second disc into your Xbox 360 Xbox and follow the prompts.
2. The disc will first ask if you would like to update the game (to version 1.9). You must accept this update or the installer will exit.
   
3. After the update has been installed, you will be presented with a selection screen where you may select/deselect any combination of the three Skyrim DLCs - Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.
   
4. After making your selections, the installer will copy the add-on content to your Xbox 360 hard drive.
   
5. After installation is completed, you may play the Legendary Edition by removing the add-on disc and inserting disc one.
