    Thank you for providing that insight for us.

    What you can try, instead, to recover your DLC is go through your
    Download history    .

    This would allow you to
    redownload your Xbox content     onto your console.

    I will depict the details here:

    1. Sign in to Xbox Live on your console using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.
    2. Go to settings and select Account.
    3. Select Download History.
    4. Browse your download history and find the item you want to download again.
    5. Select the item, and then select Download Again.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

    Thank you for your reply. When clicking on the link is shows that the add-ons have already been purchased by me but I cannot get them to download to my Xbox 360.
