    Hi. New to the forums

    I've just seen pre orders of skyrim Xbox one come up online for pre order. As I've read it will have updated graphics etc.

    When its made backwards compatible, will it be the same? Or will the backwards compatible be the 360 version just ported over?

    Also I presume all pre purchased DLC will be added too.

    I bought the special edition skyrim when it was first released, with artwork dragon statue and everything. I would be really happy to hear the back compitble will be having the graphic update so I can dig up my disc from the bottom of the cupboard! Skyrim Xbox one special edition + Backwards compatible :)

    Oblivion 5th Anniversary not working as backwards compatible?

    I own the 5th Anniversary Edition for my 360, and my Xbox one is making me pay for oblivion again. Is it possible to install as I own the special edition, or do I need to pay for it again so I can play it on my Xbox one?

    Since the remastered version is coming out, it probably won't be made backwards compatible. If it is made backwards compatible, it would just be the 360 version.

    Yes, they're not going to be able to make you pay for something twice by letting you play it if you've already bought it.

    They will not release a Backwards Compatible version of "Skyrim" because they want you to buy this new "XBox ONE version".

    Nope, no special edition. Just the one that supposed to be backwards compatible. The case says the game will play on the XBox One now.
