Skyrim - update not working

Discus and support Skyrim - update not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Does anyone know what is happening with skyrim?     Skyrim - update not working


    Does anyone know what is happening with skyrim? It's been fine all day but at about 8pm GMT I tried getting into skyrim but it says it needs an update. However it fails each time and no update shows up in games and apps. I know there have been problems with
    the last patch and another is due later this week, is this part of this or something else? We've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it does the same thing.

    System Update Stopped

    I rented Skyrim and it let me update from that disc, so I finally got it working.

    Skyrim not working :/

    its possible your stepdad instaled it to the hardrive; either way instaling a game to the hardrive reduces load times and freezing. if that doesnt work im not sure

    Skyrim (only) Disc Unreadable Error

    This was all post December 2011 XBox live update too, Skyrim, was buggy but it worked fine even installed before the Xbox live update. The December 2011 update and Skyrim do not mix on my Xbox for some reason.

    I rented Skyrim and it let me update from that disc, so I finally got it working.

    Games not registering downloaded DLC

    I've formatted my hd and that worked, skyrim worked fine. Then I redownloaded mass effect leviathan and that worked! Tried again the next day and neither worked. Deleted mass effect off my hd, redownloaded skyrim and it worked and has done since. All my
    saves are on the cloud the only thing on my hd is skyrim installed game, the update and both dlcs. It's worked for 3 days on the run now. The next step is to start moving content from my external hd. Is it possible mass effects dlc is breaking other dlc?
