Skyrim Special Edition disc will not register in my Xbox One

if only one disk is having problems at the time of installation or when running, unfortunately the problem is on the disk, microsoft does not offer warranty on disks, only on xbox and its accessories.

not so sure about usb drives, plugging one into my xbox causes skyrim to not even register as in the xbox. lol. took it out and it loaded the disc.

I am also getting this error code with my digital version of Skyrim Special Edition. It will also sometimes ask me to either insert the disc or make sure I own the game and am signed in to the right account, which I am.

Oh I should have also stated this before. Halo Master Chief Collection is installed Digitally and Skyrim Special Edition is installed via a Disc. Figured I should say that as it might be useful information. So its not just a problem for one the one type.
I also attempted to play Battlefield 1 via Disc and it gave me the same message about deleting and redownloading all my local saves.
