Skyrim SE (AE) from the game pass achievements stay locked

Game Pass PC does not unlock skyrim achievements. I also waited 72 hours for the achievement to unlock but they the achievement are still not unlocked. I also did not use any mods or commands in game. Other games do unlock achievement so the problem is tied with the game. I also started a new character but the issue remains the same.

Hi Manuela,

I've tried everything online that could possibly help as a solution to this. I updated all software, reinstalled apps, changed setting and services settings, and eventually reset my PC but to no avail. What finally worked was reverting my Windows 11 to 10. Hopefully you can offer this (last) solution to others.

Sometimes achievements can take up to 72 hours to update, this is normal even for accounts that never went offline.

You can try to remove your account, power reset your console and add your account again to see if this helps:

Remove Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.
4. Close.

Power Reset:
1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.
2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Add Account:
1. Press the Xbox button.
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.
4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.
