    Help me I downloaded skyrim special edition for 30 dollars but when I played it once and tried to play it again it didn't work it says do you own this game or app I first played the game at my friends house got some game progress there and then bought and
    downloaded skyrim on my Xbox one and now I need to use his disk in order to play I put the disk in and take it out and it works but it can't start up without disk help me?

    Skyrim doesnt like to run properly if you use more than one save. Save all files to a flash drive and only keep ONE save on your hard drive. This will improve gameplay 100 percent.

    regarding the cache, some games do not clear their own cache even when you do the system wide cache clear, for skyrim I often deleted the cache manually via system settings; the patch should prompt (not sure if it will be helpful though)

    From what my wife and I have seen skyrim does have freezing issues but normally it only happens to us during prolonged use. You may want to look at clearing your cache as that may help but from experience this seems to be a common thing with the game.
