Skyrim Love Stories

My first character, Nord stealth archer mostly, married Lydia the day the patch came out. He's kinda partial to aggressive women who will kick him in the teeth if he needs it, yet accommodating enough (not to mention strong enough) to be his pack mule.

My second character is female and not married yet, I just don't have it in me (yet) to marry her off to a dude... I am fairly certain she is sweet on Hroki anyway. Sad really, Hroki who wont give Aku-nyäh the time of day no matter how many flawless diamonds
she drops for the former as she trolls Markarth market for finery.

From book to game, and back.

I read all the in game books religiously, I love all the elder scrolls lore scattered about, also love making up my own little stories, like a back story for my Orc etc - I do get carried away a bit sometimes though - took the dog for a walk in the local
forest and started imagining i was in skyrim, the dog was none too impressed about playing the part of an ice wolf : )

 

I want this game! Do you? If so, POST in all your excitement!

Let's face the facts. SKYRIM will probably get GotY, the only way it can't is if all those people who play CoD and don't care about Single Player Detail and stories mass bad reviews. Which then the Nine Divines will smite them all till there can be no more
smiting because they are not worth that much smiting....

Now, if you truly love SKYRIM, you will walk to gamestop naked to get your copy. XD Although barefoot is fine too.

 

I never married. I think because I just hated the choices for elves and I wanted to marry an elf. I liked Faendal and Drevis Neloren but they weren't available. The dark elves that are available are all thieves and low lifes. My Nord might have married Balimund,
I liked him, but he succumbed to dragon very early. The Nord accent really got to me. I think the women available are better than the men but I prefer them as housemates or companions not love interests.

 

Balimund in Riften you say? I like his attitude since I fetched him some fire salts... I can see her hitching her wagon to his.... in fact next time she visits him, and if he says "Return anytime, you're quite welcome here." She might just swoon. : )

I think every male character I've had married Ysolde. Dunno, just like her. Did try marring the one wood seller that came with Hearthfire, but she wasn't a marriage option.

My original character married Aela, but I only did that to get the achievement. On my subsequent characters I never bothered with it.

 

I wanted to marry Lydia but she doesn't seem to be an option! In fact nobody has commented on my amulet yet! WTH
