Skyrim Downloading Error

I alreday bought Skyrim on a different region and played it but after I changed my region I deleted It so i could have a different language in it. now whenever I try downloading it and whenever it gets to 80% it goes back to 0%. i don't think that it's
my Internet because it's pretty fast. But maybe what caused the glitch was that I changed the region? Please help, I've been trying to download Skyrim and I can't wait until I get it back.

Skyrim Downloading.

I just Pre ordered Skyrim, off the Xbox store and when I paid it started to download, and is still downloading. I have never Pre ordered a game this way before so when it is 100% complete does anyone know if I will be able to play it or will I have to wait
until 12:00 tonight?

Downloading Skyrim

When I was first setting up my Xbox & Xbox Live, I was having all kinds of issues. After I got all that taken care of, I tried to redeem the game download code. It let me put it in, but it wasn't downloading at all. I let it run for a few hours and it was
still at 0%. So, I cancelled the download and it said I could come back to it later and restart it. Well, I tried doing that and it said the code had already been used and wouldn't let me download the game.

Is there any way to fix this so I can download it? Thanks in advance, y'all!

well for 2 things

when you purchase a game generally the language is whatever you buy it at so if in Germany you get it in german

changing your region only affects future purchases not past

2nd which is the most important

since you migrated to a region you don't actually live in and used the migration tool not as intended

you cant download your previous regions skyrim for 2 reasons

first it is region locked and language locked so migrating to another region doesn't affect it at all

you will have to wait the 3 months before remigrating and the return to be able to redownload it

if you chose the us because of English or uk even it wont work unless your physical region actually matches your account region

hence why you got a region violation you don't get the not available in your region like other people who try by rerouting access like vpn or migration tool

doesn't affect past purchases however because of the region lock or vpn you corrupt your download until your account region matches

Just to make sure, is your "No Turtle Beach" account the same account that originally purchase the content?

Also, is there a way you can try using a different internet connection to see if a faster connection would work for you? If you know someone with the same style of console, you can just bring your hard drive and use it on their console. If not, can you use
your console and hard drive on a different internet connection?

If you can try either of those, what results does it yield?

@AngryHelios and @ngocphi please keep this thread civil and on-topic. While it is true that some digital licenses can not go with you through a region migration, that's not sounding like the case in this instance.

@No Turtle Beach, can you let us know what that exact error is? I betcha we can get this behaving for you yet.

I have and had the same problem like you. Didn't get any help. My physical (and IP of course) region now match with my Xbox Gold account: No change. As expected, this is NOT the problem - just a convenient delaying tactic (like accusing
Bethesda, see below). Also other customers reported this NOT to be the problem in this very forum.

I gave up now and I will buy disks only from now on. Not for any Microsoft Xbox though. Sorry to say, but I guess you are required to buy a new version too.

What I also tried:

*Other downloads (Tomb raider, same size, three months ago; Portal 2, same size, same WIFI connection) and other DLCs downloaded and worked perfectly;

*tried to download several times, all hours of the day, different days, takes about two hours each time;

*I have enough free HDD space (>100GB);

*WIFI download flatrate, also tried different IP with different faster modem - same result;

*I cleared System cache;

*deleted Microsoft Live Marketplace cache;

*deleted ALL old Skyrim install files and traces of old Skyrim;

*tried a different external 64GB USB flash drive, eliminating the possibility of a hardware HDD fault;

*deleted and re-downloaded my profile

*as by (several) advise from official Microsoft Xbox Support chat: Contacted Bethesda, they said that everything is on Microsoft servers and not their fault, telling me quote:
"Unfortunately the information Xbox Support has provided about the servers is incorrect. Everything what is downloaded from the XboxLive marketplace is on their servers, we do not have access to that. [P]lease contact Xbox support to see if they can exchange
the DLCs or cancel your purchase."

@AngryHelios @Miss Ermine No error code... I just hit "Download again" then it goes to 100% in a couple seconds but a message pops up, "Cannot Download" no error code... I've tried to download for about 3 days now five times a day and delete cache and game
again. I will try to delete/redownload marketplace data and my profile later.
