Skyplayer on Xbox One X

Hi all,

I'm trying to use the Sky Player on Xbox One X but when I go to log in it tells me "to use this service you need to complete your sign up for TV from Sky by visiting sky.com/xbox/settings".

Unfortunately, that website doesn't exist (thanks Microsoft). The Sky account has Sky Go Extra and has two slots available for devices, however, I've read in a couple of places about the dashboard not being compatible??

Can anyone give me some guidance or confirm if it's not compatible?

Just turned on xbox and was going to attempt to catch up on "Game Of Thrones" on skyplayer, but it's gone!

Any ideas guys/girls?

Thank you for posting on the forums today.

As far as the app not being compatible, I have not found any indication of my research that it's not compatible. From the Microsoft store online in the UK it says it's available for the Xbox One listed as

TV from Sky.

If that website does not exist I would suggest trying to get into contact with Sky's customer support to see if they can help you registering your console.

I found on Sky's website an
app help section for troubleshooting steps and FAQ's.

While Microsoft works hard in conjunction with the app developers to keep the services for that app operational at all times, error's or outages may occur.
