Skype on Xbox One

I just moved on from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One yesterday, and, when installing Skype, at first, I had no real issues. Now, if I went into a different app while Skyping, (which would then pause the video, but I could still hear them) when I returned to
Skype, they could see me, but all I'd see is a black display from them until they disabled and re-enabled their camera. (every time) This needs fixed, but isn't the main issue. Last night, I ran into this problem a lot, I'd try and launch Skype, you'd see
the logo, see the loading .gif under it, and hear Skype's start-up sound..."Shwooooooo00OOO-pop!" Then, about a second or two after, Skype would just exit. Yes, I closed all my apps, so don't say that was the issue. And, I really couldn't close Skype, because
when it exited out, it was already closed, it seems. (no "Quit" option in the menu) Tried a full reboot of my Xbox, and still same issue. I managed to somehow get around it, by not launching Skype from the tile at the top, but from the small Skype square
at the very bottom of the Xbox home. I'd launch it from there, it would load up, start-up sound, then for a brief 3 seconds, actually load into my contacts, then seem to exit out. But if I relaunched it from the small tile at the bottom again, right after
it exited, it would appear already loaded up, then either use Xbox voice command, or quickly select a contact, and the issue was bypassed for now. However, these 2 issues (Skype starting issue, and video resume issue) need fixed! Thank you!

With your Skype account setup on your console you will want to
Add Contacts to Skype using Xbox One to add friends and family to your contact list so you can chat. Once you have someone on your Contacts list, you're ready to

make a Skype Call.
