    skype not loading help!


    everytime i try opening skype on my xbox one it says "something went wrong please try again, if this happens again let us know by entering 0x8007010b at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate" but everytime i do that it doesnt work

    Skype Problem

    Hello xboxers and xbox support.

    Today i purchased xbox one brand new and set it up and then i went for skype as it is my required app on xbox well after installing skype i tried to open skype it was loaded but while it was loading account and was trying to sign into my skype account linked
    with my microsoft account it disapeared. NO ERROR nothing else it just kept loading and then disappeared is there anyone can tell me how to fix this issue?

    APPS and parties not working

    Same issue here, Skype, skydrive and starting a party all boot up but keep loading until I force close them, tried system reboot and uninstalling/reinstalling apps ie skype to no prevail

    Can't sign into skype

    i'm having issues too, it was working fine until today. When i load the skype app it says 'you have been signed out of skype, please sign into an xbox account to use skype'. When i click sign in it gives the loading circle then just puts me back at this
    same page.

    Can't answer calls on skype while playing in a different app

    Same issue for me.

    Playing game/watching movie.

    Skype call pops up.

    I say "xbox answer".

    Skype loads and takes me to the callers profile screen.

    I then have to select answer with video to connect to the call.

    I assume saying "xbox answer" should just load skype and connect me in one smooth flow, right?

    Is it common to have so many issues?

    Same here. Sometimes it freezes, kinetic is dead and I have to reboot. Command work when they want too, other times they dont, Skype is aweful, you can't erase past messages so when u open Skype it loads up every message ever and freezes and crashes, same
    on android. Fix skype, there is no need to load every condo every single time, it takes minutes before I can use skype. And fix kinect. It's not useful if I have to repeat the same commands over and over

    Unfortunately with the current Skype 1.0 for Xbox One you can't switch audio devices to use your Xbox Headset for Skype calls.
