    Skype minimize after opening


    Hey Community,

    I tried everything i know but didn't solve the problem since weeks. When I klick Skype to open it, Skype dial in and when the app finished logging in, die app closes like nothing happens.

    Until now i deleted the app a few times and install again and once i reset to default with deleting all my apps an games.

    Can someone help me?

    Preview Program/Skype usage

    Hey everyone!

    I'm having an issue using skype on my Xbox after I got the New Preview Dashboard update. Before the update, I could get a call, answer it, minimize skype and go back to playing my game. But now I won't get calls if I'm doing something other than being on
    skype (meaning if I'm in game, a skype call won't show up as a notification), and if I get into a call, and minimize it and go back to playing my game, skype essentially crashes. I'm kind of at a loss here. Can anyone help?

    Trouble with party and snap.

    Same. To boot, Skype crashes upon opening it.

    Skype is not working

    Immediately after I launch skype on my xbox one it will get minimized . so I am not able to do any thing with it. Any body have suggestions.

    Skype/Games/Other Apps Refuse to open or crash shortly after

    I can vouch that the same thing is happening for me. Was fine yesterday and then today Skype won't work. Exact issue as described above. It will start to load and then minimize and refuse to open or do anything else, even with power cycling and hard reboots.
    Tried uninstalling and now it is completely frozen, won't even try to load/open if I click on it.

    Having trouble with kinect and party vhat and also skype.

    These are bugs relating to the Early Access program and need to be reported there. As far as Skype volume going down when you minimize the window, stop. As that is a feature that was implemented with update 1405

    I have the same problem. I read this in another forum: "open skype app in snapped mode and after chose full screen" is a temporary fix.

    Infact if I don't have Skype open it just seems to ignore everything to do with Skype, which I thought was one of the points about having Skype on the Xbox one???
