Skype is completely broken at the moment.

Ever since the new dashboard update I have noticed that when a call drops due to a blip in connection you don't even know that it has dropped apart from the stone silence over the headset it is only until you either snap the app or bring it up full screen
that you realise the call has ended with the stupid noise and the written words call ended, and there is now absolu no attempt by the app itself to reconnect the call. Then after the so called update for it about a week or two ago I now don't even get notifications
from Skype that someone is calling me and can only answer a call if someone calls me while I have the app on full screen, these issues are incredibly frustrating considering Skype is the main choice of speaking to friends on xbox seeing as party chat has numerous
glitches where mics don't apparently register and it can cut you off completely if a small drop in connection occurs. Please can you look into this immediately as these issues are severely impacting on my use of Xbox live as a whole service, Thanks.

The levels are generally a gauge of how much random crap people post on here, lol.

They mean very little and are completely broken at the moment....

 

Can't sign into skype

I think Folks Skype isn't working at the moment, look at all the threads just started on here.

Tonight is the first time I have ever tried to use Skype on my Xbox One, and it has been an infuriating experience. Skype working fine on my Note 4, doesn't even get off the ground on Xbox One... WTF?? No information ANYWHERE about this problem. Very frustrating,
to the point of wondering if it is even worth trying to get it to work. Kinect is plugged in and working on other apps, internet connection is fine, signed into Xbox Live, etc, etc, etc.... NOTHING!

 

Me too. No support for this anywhere!
