    I recently installed Skype for XBOX One S. I have a paid Skype account with a telephone number attached to it. During setup I selected merge the two accounts. There were no error messages and everything looked like it installed. That sais there is a major
    problem. When I start Skype on XBOX it does not bring up my contacts list nor does it list my credits correctly. It also does not accept incoming phone calls to the number I have assigned to it. Here is a test I ran. I logged into my PC using my email rather
    than my Skype ID and it worked fine so the merge was OK. Everything on the PC works as it should. If I go and manually login to Skype using the same email and password in XBOX it does not bring up my contacts or my credits and pther stuff that should be there.
    Next I logged into the PC with the XBOX skype running. I searched on the PC for my name and found it. THis is where it gets strange.

    My email address is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** BUT if I look at the profile of the XBOX acct from the PC it says the following

    Contact Details
    Skype
    live:XXXXXX_2

    This is so strange because using the same login on the PC vs. the XBOX gives me different results. Everything else works OK but Skype is useless if it doesnt use my Skype acct info.

    Actually, that is not correct. Skype on Xbox One does indeed support using the Xbox headset for Skype calls. if the headset is plugged into the controller, audio input and output will be routed through the headset. there is no way to manually control
    if the headset vs. Kinect is used, however.

    I have an account which I didn't make and it wont let me sign into any of my other microsoft accounts.

    I signed into those links with the correct email and it doesn't bring up any of my account information.
