    Skype crashes


    Having trouble logging into Skype on Xbox One.

    I am on the Microsoft preview progarm. I have the Windows 10 interface.

    Everytime I launch Skype it crashes.

    Skype Crashes

    Try power cycling the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down. This has the same effect as clearing the cache on the 360.

    Hey jeffTHEDOG -

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Is Skype Application crashing as soon as you open it (ie you cannot load the app at all?) or does it crash when you attempt to sign in? Additionally, have you already tried

    Power Cycling     your Xbox One console? If not, please try that first. If that doesn't work, let's try the following:

    Give those a shot and let us know how it goes! Skype crashes :)
