Skype Crashes Everytime !

it 1st it worked fine . but NOW after a few secs it goes back to Home and I have to restart it and it happenes again . the loading circle starts and then I get kicked out of the app . anyone have similar issues ?

Having trouble logging into Skype on Xbox One.

I am on the Microsoft preview progarm. I have the Windows 10 interface.

Everytime I launch Skype it crashes.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Is Skype Application crashing as soon as you open it (ie you cannot load the app at all?) or does it crash when you attempt to sign in? Additionally, have you already tried

Power Cycling your Xbox One console? If not, please try that first. If that doesn't work, let's try the following:

• Delete the App
  
• Remove your Xbox Live Account from your console
  
• Power Cycle your console
• Add your account
• Re-download the app

Give those a shot and let us know how it goes!

One thing you can try is power cycling your console by holding the console power button for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, then turn the console back on. Power cycling will clear the cache and reset the network card which might be causing
the problem for you. Let us know if this works.

 

I have this problem too.i do everythink for fix , xbox support in chat give me some answer and i do it All but my problem is exist yet.please help me
