    Hello,

    I just changed my skype password as I thought I forgot it (went from skype to Skype Windows 10), Going on Xbox I tried to sign in with my xbox password and it didn't work. At the end I tried the skype password and It worked, So my question is; Why does Skype
    and Xbox share the same password?

    My headset works fine on other devices. I used the headset for skype on my iphone yeaterday and it works. But not for xbox

    Hi Alvinsyahrir.

    The issue could be on the other side as well.

    Please check via settings can you hear yourself in test call.

    You mentioned that call was done only to one person. Try to call someone else, does the issue the same?

    Thanks. I saw the headset works fine, it is cool.

    But we some devices are not working on the other devices, because of connection types etc. Some headsets could be recognised only like headphones not micro. For this would be great test your Xbox with different one as well.
