Subscription Status we want to make sure it's active.

As well as we can check the order of the payment going through for the 12 month subscription on your

Order History.

If everything seems to be up to date with the subscription we would just need to perform a quick restart on the console to get the subscription running again. For this I recommend to clear the MAC address.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

• Go toSettings
  
• Select Network > Network Settings
  
• Select the Advanced Settings
  
• Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
  
• Select clear and restart
