    Skylanders Swap force stopped working/Other games work fine


    My son has been playing skylanders swap force for over 6 months, and this morning when trying to load it up, it asked him to install the game as if it was the first time.

    I tried to load other games and they worked just fine (titan fall, forza). I also tried re-starting the xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds. After that didn't work, I tried turning off the xbox, unplugging everything and re-connecting everything..
    no luck either. Oh.. I also made sure to clean the skylanders swap force game disc as well.

    I'm guessing this is because of the latest update.. If I do a full game install, that will erase his progress right?

    Any tips would be great.. thanks!

    Disk is unreadable

    My son got skylanders swap force for christmas, played 2 days just fine. Then got disc is unreadable, now we are on our 3rd new disc and same problem. All other games load and play fine. Please help.

    The full list of Skylanders games released for Xbox One is as follows:

    - Skylanders: Swap Force (2013)

    - Skylanders: Trap Team (2014)

    - Skylanders: SuperChargers (2015)

    - Skylanders: Imaginators (2016)

    The other two, "Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (2011)" and "Skylanders: Giants (2012)" are only for the Xbox 360, and they are not backward compatible with the Xbox One. (there are no plans as far as I know)

    How To Play With 2 Live accounts Local on KILER INSTINCT

    You must have a Skylanders Swap Force Portal of Power plugged in - unplug that and it will work. The game recognizes it as another controller for some reason.
