Skylanders superchargers

Discus and support Skylanders superchargers in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Can't play super chargers as it keeps saying unable to download update. ?     Skylanders superchargers


    Can't play super chargers as it keeps saying unable to download update. ?

    Tried the normal power reset and router

    The full list of Skylanders games released for Xbox One is as follows:

    - Skylanders: Swap Force (2013)

    - Skylanders: Trap Team (2014)

    - Skylanders: SuperChargers (2015)

    - Skylanders: Imaginators (2016)

    The other two, "Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (2011)" and "Skylanders: Giants (2012)" are only for the Xbox 360, and they are not backward compatible with the Xbox One. (there are no plans as far as I know)

    Have you tried to unplug everything from the console and push the power button and wait 30 seconds and plug all the cables back in and try to see if the game will prompt the update and start to install it,

    Yes happens to both Player 1 and Player 2 and son was frustrated last night cause he was playing as player 1 and daughter was player 2 and would keep on making her player 1... I went in to settings and turned off the auto-sign in when step in front of kinect
    so think that fixed it cause afterward did that didn't hear them complain of that part anymore...

    Batteries its the Microsoft Official Battery Pack Play and Charge kit

    Heya Steve!

    Definitely want your kids to be able to play Skylanders without any controller disconnects. Does this happen with both controllers on the console or just one? Also, what type of batteries are you using?

    Just to make sure we cover all bases, let's run through this
    Controller Disconnect troubleshooter to see if that resolves the trouble you're experiencing.
