    So i bought the pack yesterday and i still didnt recieve anything? Like, it's been 2 days now. I also talked to the makers of skyforge and all they said was "ask for xbox support"

    and I haven't gotten it for 2 days, and I haven't seen it in my bag either? can anyone help?

    Freedom Rewards - 'Free Pass' reward

    I seem to be missing my reward from "Spending at least $30 before tax on add-on content".

    I'm fairly certain the purchases are considered Add-on content. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

    I spent $34.99 on 'Skyforge: Revenant Collector's Edition' on December 10th 2017.

    I also spent $9.99 on 'Skyforge: Starter Pack 2.0' on December 5th 2017.

    That happened to me as well, I had to fill out a ticket at my.com and then they refered me back to microsoft for a refund because they are unsure of when this concern is going to be fixed

  6. Same issue here, purchased argents and the season pass and have yet to receive anything several days later. My.com also sent me back to Xbox during my ticket. 8(

    I would confirm the purchase was completed at Sign in to your Microsoft account or on console (settings > account > payment & billing order history) have the order number when calling or contacting support. us phone is 1-800-469-9269. Generally,
    support will refer you to publisher based on any ingame issues or not applying right. The can only recommend stuff like restarting the console and/or reinstalling game. It's possible to get ingame items refunded, but its not a given.

    Additionally I believe this has now been patched so you should start to see purchases appear in-game now.
