    "Sky Video Playout service isn`t available right now" .


    "Sky Video Playout service isn`t available right now" . I get this message when I try to open the Sky Go app in xbox 360 . Sky Go opens and operates perfectly in my laptop . both are connected to the same router . xbox is wired connection , laptop is wireless
    connection . Sky`s forum suggests various fixes , none work . I phoned Sky , they say as it`s working perfectly in my laptop it must be an xbox problem . has anyone experienced this issue and what can i do to cure it please

    Hey, guys! I'm sorry to see so many of you affected by this. The frustration caused by not having access to your video streaming is no fun. The error code AP1001 is an Amazon specific error code. That being the case, I think

    reaching out to Amazon     for a resolution for this, especially since it seems to be more common after an update that they pushed out, would be the best bet here.

    If they are able to provide you with a resolution, please do not hesitate to post it back here! It will help us gather information about this specific error code, and help others out that may have this error in the future! :)
