    Hi,

    I'm having issues with the Sky TV app on my Xbox 360. It was working fine without any problems up until last weekend but now I continue to get the attached error message. I've checked the Xbox Live URL and there is no mention of a service error.

    I've also deleted the app and re-downloaded and reset factory settings but to no avail.

    apparently the app was discontinued and no longer supported from 28th October on the xbox 360.

    Installing the Sky TV app on Xbox 360

    Make sure that your Xbox 360 is online.

    • Sign in to Xbox Live and then go to Video Marketplace.
    Highlight the Sky tile and press A.

    • Select the preferred storage location (this will typically be the hard drive on your Xbox 360).
    Select Download.

    1. Once the download completes, press A to launch the Sky TV app.
    *You may receive a prompt advising you to update your Sky TV app. If this appears, select Download Now to install the update.

    Hi Luk396!

    From how I understand it, the only way to access Sky Go is through the TV from Sky app on Xbox One and Series X|S consoles.

    Xbox One and Series X|S console apps - some apps may not be available in your country/region.

    Set up TV from Sky on your Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S - step by step guide, which also mentions:

    Please be aware that Sky Go Extra is referred to as TV from Sky when downloading or selecting the app on your console.

    So don’t listen to anything that says you need the Sky Go app, as this app isn’t available on Xbox consoles. I believe you can access the service through the Sky app on Xbox One, as long as you’re connected to Xbox Live and have Sky Go Extra on your Sky account.

    The Sky Go app is available on compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops etc. Just not on consoles, which explains why you’re unable to find it on your Xbox One.
