Sky Sports listing not correct

Hi sky have changed some of there listings on the sports channels, this has been known about for a while however now it's happened and when I tell the xbox to watch sky sports 1 it goes to sky sports new hq and doesn't unserstand sky sports 5 at all!

Whats up with Sky Player

It's on the fritz again. I can watch it through the kinect menu just fine but if I try and access sky player/go through the normal dashboard it's "community & planner" again.

On the weird plus side yesterday we had access to all sky sports evne though we don't have a sub to sky sports. I rechecked my sky subscription and sky sports package is not on it. I saw thay sky go users get all sports channels but that requires a sub to
sky sports 1&2. odd

 

plugging my xbox upto my TiVo box

I got told my boost would be august-jan time @f00xm4n. i have every channel on my TiVo ones i watch the most is DAVE for top gear, sky sports, sky sports F1 and sky news

Sorry to hear about the incorrect listing. Just to make sure that we have not missed any troubleshooting steps, I recommend trying a few to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console powers off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 3 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Try going to Sky Sports to see if the issue continues.

Hi. Ok tried that but still the xbox enters the old numbers for the channels so if I say watch sky sports 1 I get sky sports news and that happens all the way down the sports channels, they are all off by one number!

Xbox One Operating System is? There's different menus for some more recent versions (in preview), so I want to make sure which one we're working with.

I've just checked as the software update hit today but it's still wrong, all sky sports channels are still on there old nilumbers.

 

Thanks so much for the reply, alien! We actually have a new feature in the August update. Head to TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem and fill out that form! This will get us the incorrect info and we'll work on getting
it fixed!

 

Sorted. Didn't know I had to clear the oneguide manully. Thanks for the help
