    Sky +HD TV jerky and no sounding last two days, even though it was perfect before.


    As the title says my Sky + HD TV has started to jerk and pause, with no sound making it impossible to watch In the last two days.

    Prior to this it has been working perfectly, with all picture, sound and voice commands perfect.

    I tried running the Sky box directly to the atV and there are no problems there, so it us definitely something to do with the pass through via the Xbox One.

    Can anyone help please?

    I have sky HD, and its ok when its plugged directly in to the tv but soon as its in xbox it goes jerky

    SKY +HD and Xbox One

    I've being having this same issue for the last two to three weeks.

    This morning the xbox was turned on and when trying to select the TV, it won't come on. We turn the xbox off and on again and the xbox symbol is constantly flashing.

    It would be nice if someone at support replied to our messages, given the cost of the system.

    Thanks, yes that's right. I have tried both sound options on the Sky HD box. Same problem, the TV sound keeps coming out even after I have quit the TV app and I open another. I use the menu option on the home screen to quit.

    My setup is

    Sony Bravia KDL 40NX713 tv

    Onkyo TX-SR607 AV receiver

    Samsung Sky+HD box

    Sky into Xbox one, into the Onkyo, into the TV, all Hdmi.

    I too have the issue with the font on the current preview, doesn't cause any real issues though, just visually odd!

    As for the 'jerky' live TV, it might be because in the UK we don't really broadcast in progressive but your xbox will be trying to output in 1080p. If you plug SKY box straight into your TV is the picture still jerky?

    Just had to say.... I've had to disconnect the hdmi from the xbox as the sound was just too much. Plug the sky box into the TV and problems sorted. My setup is sky hd box --- hdmi to xbox ----hdmi to tv. Sound is an lg sound bar on an optical cable direct

    Sky HD box to Xbox One input, xbox output to tv. no splitters. I have no external sound system so delay is on hdmi audio. Sky HD direct to TV has no audio/video sync issues, audio delay is only present with Xbox one in the circuit.
