Sky Go on Xbox One

I think that microsoft should get sky go onto xbox one as well as 360, "something we would consider" has been the tagline since release, well how about doing something about it, the console was advertised as an "entertainment system" yet ps4 appears to offer
more in the way of that, so maybe something should be done, such as adding skygo

why would you need sky go on XB1 if you can play your sky channels through your xbox one anyway? Sky Go would be obsolete on XB1.

 

It's not MS it's Sky that isn't doing the app.

 

I guess it's because xbox one is set up to have sky in the hdmi in port.

 

Yeah but SkyGo is your 2nd Free connection to Sky so you would not need to connect your Sky HD box to the One.

Sky, BBC have both being big let downs for me with the One. I cancelleed my SkyGo completely now and just signed up for the TalkTalk version for a month to watch football season end.

Sky Go will never come to the X1 cos sky sued MS for having Skydrive. So now I think MS don't want anything to do with them. Also about plugging in sky to the X1. Why should I waste more power on running something just to show my sky box. Its easier just
having the sky in the TV. The tv thing is pointless on X1.

 

Yeah as Apex said the court stuff is a sticking point for Sky and MS
