Sky app won’t open - tried everything!!!

Hi,

i tried everything but nothing changed.

At this point i think it's impossible to see sky on xbox in Italy. This app "Tv from Sky" doesn't exist.

I also tried to search the app on Google play on smart tv but it doesn't appear.

So the steps that Sky teach on his site web are without logic because the app doesn't exist

sky go or the likes is no longer viewable in italy (where you state you are) or abroad in the EU since the 1st January this year.

You can still use Sky Go in the UK, just like you do now.

From 1 January 2021, you won’t be entitled to access streamed content outside the UK through Sky Go, Sky Sports and Sky Kids, but some of our apps will let you download and save shows over WiFi before you leave home so you can watch them offline when abroad.

This is because there are certain EU rules which mean people in the EU can use online content services across all EU countries. From 1 January 2021, the UK won’t be part of the EU, so we won’t be able to provide this service in the same way.

This affects lots of online video, music and entertainment services, not just Sky.

Yes I’ve tried everything . Force quit reinstall restart my laptop and nothing works. Not happy considering I just spent $35 for something that won’t open

Hi thanks. I've tried the steps and its still the same.

Sky in the UK told me to download the sky app (they said its called TV from Sky but it just shows as sky in the app bit).

Any other ideas?
