    Skulls unlocked but not available for activation in Campaign.


    Achievements are showing as complete/unlocked as are the skulls that I have unlocked, however they are not showing in the lobby to allow activation. If I go back and play the mission/episode again the skull is still there and if I pick it up it gets unlocked
    again. This is very frustrating to the point that I am not continuing to play MCC at this time. I do enjoy the game however given the problems with the game/servers I do not feel that it is worth my time.

    Also I, and I am sure others, would like to see 343 port Reach and ODST over to the XBOX one once they manage to get MCC and their servers working correctly,

    Right now it seams that 343 is trying to make MCC the gaming version of windows ME/Vista.

    One last this is that it would be nice to have the opportunity to at least e-mail them and possibly get a response acknowledging that they are at least aware of the issues being brought up.

    @kingvas78: All skulls for all games (except the exclusive pre-order skulls) are unlocked from the beginning. You get achievements for finding skulls, but the main-menu indicator tells you which skulls are currently activated; not which skulls you have found.

    Bandana skull DLC

    For those that didnt pre order from gamestop but unlocked the bandana skull in game, are we allowed to use it? Ive unlocked every single skull in CE but the bananda skull still doesnt show up in the menus.

    If it was a campaign skull basically when you start a campaign mission, there should be an option to activate skulls that you have found/unlocked. These skulls have different gameplay affects, majority of them make gameplay harder and give you point bonuses
    for when you are playing the metagame (so this is useful for attaining the metagame acheivements). If you want to go for the metagame achievements, i'd recommend finding/unlocking majority of the skulls, you can find videos on youtube of all skull locations.

    If it was a skull on a multiplayer (mythic) map then it doesn't do anything apart from unlock achievments and contributing to a vidmaster achievement.

    Can you imagine if they had given the AI the ability to teabag and it was featured in the campaign? That should be a skull for Halo 4. The Teabag Skull. When activated, enemy and friendly AI teabags excessively.

    I've had a few achievements not popping for Skulls/Terminals and even Campaign levels not unlocking. Weird thing is when I went on today an achievement for a Skull popped up on screen that I got 3 days ago lol

    I'm sure they will pop in the end.

    Well its DLC content, so you would have to redownload it on this other xbox if it doesnt have the bonus skull on it, or if it has..as Cosmic suggests, put a copy of your campaign save with the bonus skull activated onto cloud then use that on the other xbox
