Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when prompted, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting the game developer to report the bug.

Hi Samy the game company itself actually has listed a fix in which a manipulation of the game files is required. How about you explain to us how to locate the local folder for games installed via Microsoft store or Xbox app?

Hello CodyFelts, according to information from Microsoft ark along with other games was expected to enter the first half of February but delays may occur because of the developers.

Tried everything but restoring my OS. It's obviously not a problem with my OS since every single game other than Skul works just fine.

None of the solutions help me with launching the game. Even if I uninstall the gaming services it still gives me the same error with Skul. With other games it directs me to gaming services page on Microsoft store app.
