Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue with stolen account. In this case it would be best to first contact your bank about the card on file and let them know what is going on. Second request a call from support to speak with an agent directly in
this case. You can also look over the guide for
stolen account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thank you for keeping us updated. You can view an account's order history from the Microsoft account website or the Xbox. However, you must be logged in to the account on both sources in order to view the transaction history. The
Xbox Support Team
may be able to view your order history if they can locate the account and verify it with you. We will provide steps on how to contact the support team. Please be sure to follow XBF Brad A's advice and attempt to recover the account with the article he provided.
Also, it is imperative that you contact your payment instrument's financial institution in order to protect your payment instrument. We hope this helps!

1. Click the support link we provided
2. Select Billing & accounts in the category area
3. Select See other options
4. Select Charges on my account
5. Select Show contact options
6. Choose your preferred method of contacting support
