Skipping Frames and Frame Stutters

can't play a single thing on Amazon on the X1 right now. Video slows and stutters until it's freeze framed. Audio is fine, so it's not the connection.

17 days since my post and still no official reply about a possible fix in the works. I hate when companies do not acknowledge the fact that there are issues and also do not let their customers know that they are working to rectify the problems. Many people
have reported these issues with streaming and still no news of a solution in the works. A little acknowledgement goes a long way to quieting peoples concerns that they aren't just being ignored. It's not like these systems are inexpensive, so how about some
information.

Why isn't there a section of the forum where Microsoft posts status updates on progress toward fixing the numerous issues that currently plague the XBOX-One? Why can't the forum be searched by posts by gamer-tag?

Thanks for the info TopcowRaven!! I really hope this gets fixed soon..at least someone at MS is saying that there "IS" an issue...that's one step closer to a fix.

Mister Urkel - That is not a solution but a temporary fix to a big issue. read the forums a lot of people are having the same issues with video playback across the system. Your "fix" helps some but the problems come back... when will MS get this fixed?

Still no update from MS although they are working on a big update to fix UI stuff but no word on this issues. I have till the end of this month to return this...I am really close to exchanging this for a PS4...argh! I made a tradeoff for a slower GPU to
get all the cool media stuff and to run my TV through it...but all that stuff is buggy as hell!!
