    Skins missing


    Bought 5,000 v bucks and then bought skins. Mum accidentally paid for two lots so asked for a refund. She got it refunded my skins then disappeared. Any thoughts on how to get the v bucks back ?

    Hello Jogilfedder, if the Skins you bought form made with those V-Bucks that were refunded, you automatically lose the skins when the refund is made.

    However as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data, or the accounts, the ideal would be to contact the service of Xbox and Epic.

    Hey there, I had the same issue! Once refunded the vbucks anything bought with those shall also be refunded. And the only way to get the vbucks back is to pay for it again.
