Skin Packs and Texture packs missing upon Login (PS5)

I've just logged in and it said it couldn't load my second character and told me to retry so i did, nothing happened. i checked my packs and seen that the 2 skin packs i owned were missing and so was the 3 or so texture packs, also missing. I've tried to restore my licences and re-opened the game but there was still nothing there. How am i supposed to get my packs back?

(getting back an old save didnt help either)

The explorer pack includes the base game and the explorer pack which consists of: Chinese Mythology Mashup, Natural Texture Pack, Biome Settlers Skin Pack, Battle and Beasts Skin Pack, and Campfire Tales Skin Pack.

The starter pack includes the base game and 700 minecoins, mash-ups, texture packs, skin packs and the starter pack which consists of: Greek Mythology Mash-up, Plastic Texture Pack, Skin Pack 1, and Villains Skin Pack).

And yes, Xbox Live Gold is necessary to play with friends.

I recently connected my microsoft account to the ps4 Bedrock Edition and i am missing multiple packs that i paid for in the past.

i am missing

Plastic Texture Pack

Natural Texture Pack

1st Birthday Skin Pack

2nd Birthday Skin Pack

among many other skin packs that i just cant remember

I had these all on the initial link but later they were removed and there is no trace of them. i went to the my packs section and they aren’t there. i am not going to pay for the texture packs because i already did in the past and i don’t have the money
for it. i also want my birthday skin packs because i cant get them anymore and i really liked the skins that were on there.

what can i do to get these back?

Texture packs are not skin packs. Access the skin packs while you are in-game playing by going through the options.
