    Hi, I'm on ps4 with membership. I bought 2 skin packs before signing into Microsoft on that acc. After I signed in it didn't save my skins. And I noticed I doesn't have a category option for ps4 so I guess I won't be getting any help I chose Xbox because
    it's the closest to ps4

    It is highly doubtful for a skin creator to be issued... But maybe, just maybe they could sell a skin creator?

    With skin editor they have to work with legal issues. Like a Mario skin or ratchet and clank skins. They would have to talk it over with playstation and wii so it could be either way.

    Dont hope for custom skins, as it can arise alot of legal issue's with copyrights and such. Not to mention offensive skins that can arise.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to see the Dark Ranger Skin while in the main menu of the game under Change Skins?
