    My son got Skater XL for his birthday. He installed and updated, but when he started he got stuck in the zoom in and out screen. He tried hitting every button, but he could only zoom in and out. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a sale. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing if and when a game will go on sale. This is in large part due to it is up to the developers. Only thing we can suggest is to keep watching
    to see if it goes on sale.

    I recommend performing a power cycle for your console!

    Also, clearing your Mac address and the persistent storage might correct the crashing issues!

    If the issue persists, try to delete the local save for the game and you may also want to soft reset your console!
