    Hello everyone,

    I've just purchased skater XL on Microsoft store for xbox one. I could download with no problem the game but once it launch, i cannot go through the press any button to start the game.. It doesn't recognize my buttons.

    I'm using an official xbox one controller.. And the pad works every where elde.. I can just use the xbox button.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Claudia,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a sale. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing if and when a game will go on sale. This is in large part due to it is up to the developers. Only thing we can suggest is to keep watching
    to see if it goes on sale.

    I recommend performing a power cycle for your console!

    Also, clearing your Mac address and the persistent storage might correct the crashing issues!

    If the issue persists, try to delete the local save for the game and you may also want to soft reset your console!
