Skate 3 won’t play on Xbox 1x

Is this the first 360 backwards compatible game that you have tried playing?

Have you changed your gamertag recently?

Does it happen with any other backwards compatible games?

What exactly is happening when you try and load the game up does it just go to that error immediately?

Try a hard reset:

Hold the power button until the system shuts off.

Then unplug the power cable for 5min and plug it back in.

Restart the system.

Ok so do this for me.

1. Load up the game.

2. Once loaded hit the start and select buttons at the same time this will bring up the xbox 360 guide.

3. There should be a choice there to download profile click on that.

4. Enter email and password.

As long as your password is less then 16 characters this should work for you if it longer then 16 then you would need to change the password to something less then 16.

Anytime you change your gamertag you have to redownload your profile to ANY 360 including the emulator on the Ones by following the directions above.
